When you add your card, we perform a payment simulation which may appear as a temporary charge (either €0 or €1 depending on your bank). This is used to verify the authenticity of your card.
A €25 pre-authorization is temporarily blocked on your bank account. This amount will be released either after 6 days, after you have spent €6 in rentals, or after 6 rides, whichever comes first.
Once one of these conditions is met, the amount will be released back to your account. No new pre-authorization will be requested until the previous one has been released.
Depending on your bank, this process may take 10 to 15 days for the amount to reappear in your account.
This pre-authorization applies to all users, whether they have a subscription or not.
Depending on your bank, the transaction may appear as pending. Once one of the conditions is met, the pending transaction will disappear, and you will only be charged for your actual usage.
The minimum billing amount is set at €0.50.
If this threshold is not reached, billing will remain pending until the minimum is met.
Example: If within 6 days you have not reached €6 in rentals and your actual usage is less than €0.50, we will wait until the minimum is reached to charge you.
Finally, we use Stripe Inc., a company specialized in securing online card payments. Payments are processed through a secure, PCI-DSS certified payment interface.
