To end your ride, you must return to one of our stations shown in the app. Here are the instructions to properly complete your ride:
Attach your bike to the terminal or to the last bike using the two magnets located on the handlebars and the rear wheel on the right side of the bike, following the ground markings.
Turn the handlebars about 30° to the right to make it easier to insert the bike and ensure the two magnets are properly connected. The bike should then emit a double beep.
Your ride will end automatically. Once your ride is complete, you will receive a summary of your trip. If you do not, please contact customer service.
⚠️ We strongly advise not to leave the station until your ride is marked as completed in the app.
Note: After ending a ride longer than 3 minutes, you must wait 20 minutes before starting a new ride.

To view your ride history, click on your profile icon at the top left of the home page, then select “MY RIDES.” By clicking on a specific ride, you can see:
🗓 The date and time of the ride
💰 The price charged
⏱ The duration and distance of the ride
You must have GPS data history enabled in the “Manage My Preferences” section to access your ride history.
