Is the GPS location reported by your smartphone in the app inaccurate or incorrect during your ride? We recommend trying the following steps to resolve the issue :
➡️ Open the Google Maps app (or a similar app).
Is the GPS location correct? If so, return to the MontenVélo app to update your location.
If not:
➡️ Turn off GPS location in your smartphone’s settings, then turn it back on.
If the problem persists, you can restart your smartphone.
For Android users:
Please note that power-saving mode can negatively affect the frequency of location updates. You can disable this option to ensure the app works properly.
