The map in the app shows the location and number of bikes available at stations near your current position.
After entering your destination address, the app will show you the nearest station and any detours you may need to follow.
Unlocking the bike 🔓:
➡️ Tap the SCAN button and scan the QR code located on the bike’s handlebars.
➡️ Wait a few seconds while the app connects to the bike. Once connected, the bike will emit a double beep and the app will display your route on the screen.
➡️ Press the left brake to unlock the bike and pull it toward you. Bikes are attached to each other via two magnets on the right side of the bike.
💰 A €25 pre-authorization may be requested before starting a ride, depending on the billing policy. More information -> Billing policy
🛠 Is your bike not working? The app will guide you to place it on a maintenance rack so you can start a new ride by scanning the next bike’s QR code. If the issue hasn’t been reported yet, you can do so from the app. More information -> My bike is not working or battery depleted
