MontenVélo is a shared electric bike rental service, available for self-service.
🚴♀️ To start a ride, it’s simple: at the station, scan the QR code on the bike at the far left of the row (opposite the terminal) to start your ride, then press the left brake to unlock it. More information -> Start your ride
🚨 It is forbidden to take a bike from the middle of the row 🚨
There is a 20-minute waiting period between rides longer than 3 minutes
🏁 To end your ride, connect your bike to the last parked bike using the magnets located on the handlebars and rear wheel of your bike. More information -> End my ride
🚧 The first bike isn’t working? You can report it (if the bike hasn’t yet been marked as out of order) in the app via “?”. The app will guide you to place it on a maintenance rack so you can take the next bike. More information -> Bike not working or battery depleted
You can rent bikes for a single trip within the authorized zone shown in blue using the MontenVélo app, available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Bikes can be found at the different stations indicated by a circle on the app, located across the Mont Blanc area.
💰 A €25 pre-authorization will be requested at the start of the ride according to the billing policy. More information -> Billing policy
👤 Only 1 bike per ride can be rented per MontenVélo account.
